Sarah Noel Colonna, born December 29, 1974, is an acclaimed American stand-up comedian, actress, and comedy writer best known for her role as a roundtable regular on the hit E! show Chelsea Lately. Originally from Farmington, Arkansas, Colonna moved to Los Angeles to pursue her passion for acting and stand-up—and quickly made her mark in the comedy world.

She landed her first national TV appearance on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend and later became a finalist in TBS and Myspace’s “Stand Up or Sit Down Comedy Challenge.” Her big break came when she joined Chelsea Lately full-time as both a writer and on-screen personality, working alongside Chelsea Handler.

In addition to her comedy work, Colonna has built an impressive acting resume with appearances on shows like Battle Creek, United States of Tara, and Monk. She is also a successful author, having penned two popular comedic memoirs: Life As I Blow It: Tales of Love, Life & Sex…Not Necessarily in That Order and Has Anyone Seen My Pants?

Sarah continues to engage audiences through her stand-up tours across the country and as co-host of the Off The Rails podcast with fellow comedian Josh Wolf.
